Chalcot Heating & Air-conditioning have been assisting us when we have an issue for over 40 years.
Recently had Jordan and his team install a split system reverse cycle heating and cooling, they were punctual at the time they said they would be at our house and they were.
At first I was going to have two split systems, but Jordan was up front from the start and concluded that there was no need for a second system,as the one that they installed 25 years ago was still working fine.
The price was competitive, the installation was flawless, they even removed their work boots before entering into our house.
The receptionist was also helpful and she followed up a few days in advance to remind us of the day and time that Chalcot H&C would arrive and they did.
All staff were polite and friendly and you feel safe in the knowledge that they would be doing a professional and quality installation.
Definitely give them a try, you will not regret it.

Having sought competitive quotations from local air conditioning installers, Chalcot's Jordan offered a 5 zone 7 outlet system controlled with the Airtouch5 controller with app functionality. The basic system offered by others included only two zones. The job included the removal of my gas ducted heating and evap cooler. All heating duct was removed from under the house and the heater removed as well as full length roof sheet replacement where the cooler was. On the day, 3 vans and 2 utes arrived with a team of workers. The redundant equipment was removed and put into a caged trailer in short order whilst the rest of the team got on with installation. Everyone understood their role and all work was carried out efficiently and neatly. The ducted air conditioning and associated controls works a treat where I place a high value on energy efficiency and the ability to control the 5 zones independently. This was a major differentiator for me and whilst a little costlier works very well. The Chalcot team are highly recommended.

Last week my heating failed. It was 2° in the morning so not very happy about that. I made a call to Chilcott heating and within the hour the kane showed up to check out what was happening. He told me unfortunately it was burnt out and I would need a new system, two hours later he and his team came back and my heating was working perfectly and I’ve been warm ever since cannot recommend them more. After 30 years, our old ducted heater no longer works. We were given the name of Chalcot Heating and Air Conditioning by a trusted friend. How lucky were we to meet up with Jordan for a quote. Jordan provided us various options to suit our needs and budget.
